Breakfast and coffee delight

The Hampton Inn Carrollton felt inviting with its warm atmosphere and delicious breakfast options. The staff's kindness, particularly with the complimentary 24/7 coffee service.

The room showed signs of wear. The carpet needed a good cleaning, and the bathroom fixtures could use an update. The noise from the ice machine was an unexpected disturbance at night.

The room had a spacious layout that was comfortable for our stay. The bathroom maintained proper standards with plenty of clean towels available. The air conditioning was quite loud was great. I appreciated the complementary coffee service throughout the day. Staff responsiveness when I raised concerns was adequate, but the hotel seems to be in need of an update in various areas.

Late check in was easy. Very safe & conviently located.

The rooms were immaculate and neat, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Ideal and favourable location to down town area, met my requirements: )

The breakfast buffet offered delicious options, but the air conditioning unit was quite loud at night, disrupting sleep.

I have just returned from a very nice stay in this brand-new hotel, immaculately clean rooms. Nice hot breakfast with a fantastic food is available. The services are great, including a clean pool. Thanks God, high-speed internet access was ok, you can use it in all rooms...

Caught some amazing local fish at Johnny's New York Style Pizza, and the boys had a blast at the pool! The gym was also solid.

First room had a funky smell but the second room was just okay, and I got woken up early by ice cart shenanigans.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with make-your-own waffles and was consistently well-stocked by a friendly staff were great.

The carpet in my room showed signs of wear and needed a thorough cleaning, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

The staff showed genuine hospitality, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service during breakfast. The breakfast buffet included delicious options and was always well-stocked.

Good location and clean rooms.

The king room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Plus, the full breakfast was better than I expected! The only downside was that the air conditioning was pretty loud at night, which disrupted my sleep a bit.

It was just a balanced option for a city holiday in Carrollton with good value for price. The room had a spacious layout , made it comfortable, and the breakfast was really nice with a good variety of options. Consider arriving early to make the most of breakfast offerings.

I loved the spacious queen room with comfortable beds, and the full breakfast was a delightful surprise! However, the bathroom could use some updating. I’d definitely stay again!

I was impressed by the kind staff who welcomed us. The room was very clean and the location was perfect for our family visit.

My children wished the tub had better grip. A non-slip surface would help families with little ones stay safe.
